Mr. and Mrs. Roger Phillips and Brandon of Leesburg spent Sunday with Mrs. Phillips’ parents, the Dean Holdaways.
Miss Stephanie Tobin of Front Royal was a Sunday overnight guest of Mrs. James Fox.
Mr. and Mrs. Walter Scheidegger had as recent dinner guests, Mrs. Viola Scheidegger and Miss Nellis Scheidegger of Brandywine, Md.; Mr. and Mrs. Bob Derio and Gail of Columbia, Md. and Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Scheidegger, Diane and Butchy, of Hyattsville, Md.
Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Lowry of Strasburg called on her sister, Mrs. Sam North, Sunday evening. Mr. North continues in Warren , Memorial Hospital.
Mrs. Oliver Lilly of Bunker Hill, W. Va. spent Sunday and Monday with her son and wife, Mr. and Mrs. James Lilly and family.
Friday Mr. and Mrs. Andrew R." Williams were in (Charles Town, W. Va. for the funeral of Mrs. Nan Lancaster of Strasburg. Mr. and Mrs. Williams had as weekend guests, Mr. and Mrs. Billy Daniel, Cindy and Angie, of Newport News. Saturday Mr. and Mrs. Daniel accompanied the Chester Gap Rescue Squad to Raleigh, N. C., to bring Billy’s mother, Mrs. William Daniel from a hospital there to her home in Riverton. The senior Mrs. Daniel is convalescing from injuries recently sustained in an automobile accident in North Carolina.
Mrs. Shirley Shelton visited her son and wife, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Shelton Sunday. Robert was in our community Monday and called on his grandmother, Mrs. M. M. Chastain, his mother, Mrs. Shelton, and his aunt, Mrs. B. Parks.
