The University of Virignia awarded Intermediate Honors to some 600 thirdyear students who achieved high scholastic records during their first two undergraduate years. Anne Norvell of Flint Hill, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert J. Norvell, was among the students recognized.
Each student maintained a Dean’s List average or gradepoint average of at least 3.2 out of 4.0 for the first 58 semester-hours taken during his or her first two years at the University.
The students were enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences, the School of Architecture and the School of Engineering and Applied Science.
