Producers who intend to perform needed conservation work under the 1978 Agricultural Conservation Program (ACP) must make an application at the Rappahannock County ASCS Office by Friday, December 16,1978.
Applications for practices requiring lime and fertilizer must be accompanied by a current soil sample.
The Emergency Feed Program has been extended to May 1, 1977. This program is applicable to j livestock owners who have suffered a substantial loss in j livestock feed normally produced on the owners farm. Producers who have purchased feed in excess of normal should file an application under the Emergency Feed Program for possible assistance.
Producers' who have filed an application on low yield corn should notify the Rappahannock County ASCS Office as soon as harvesting
