Glascock’

Martin Fisher Glascock of Marshall died Thursday, April 6, 1978, in Fauquier Hospital, Warrenton. He was 41, born May 19, 1936 in Fauquier.

Funeral services were held Sunday from the Royston Funeral Home in Marshall, the Rev. John Harris conducting. Burial was in Waterloo Cemetery at Orlean.

He is survived by his wife, Nancy C. Glascock; his mother, Fannie Riley Beach of Marshall; one daughter, Fannie Smelser of Calverton; five sons, Martin Glascock Jr., Frederick K. Glascock, Ernest G. Glascock, Julian S. Glascock and David P. Glascock, all of Marshall; and one grandchild.

Also surviving are three sisters, Joann Dye of Opal, Eleanor Harris of Culpeper and Margaret Edwards of Warrenton; five brothers, William Glascock of Amissville, W. Thomas Glascock and Franklin Glascock, both of Marshall, Lewis Glascock of Middleburg and Jimmy Beach of Alexandria.
