On April 10, 1978, the “Massie’s Corner” 4-H group met in the elementary school. Our leader was Mrs. Grigsby.
Our president, Nancy Proctor, called the meeting to order. The minutes were read by Anthony Williams and our song leader, Sandra Buckner, led us in a song.
For our program, Mr. Owings showed us how to plant pine trees. Mrs. Grigsby then helped each of us wrap two pine trees to take home and plant.
