Many people do not realize the great amount of time and effort that went into finding costumes for 40 cast members. Mrs. Peggy Pate and Miss Carol Goff spent many hours measuring cast members, trying on, organizing and mending costumes and worring over all of it. They took on a tremendous task and accomplished it with beautiful results. Many thanks go to these two ladies.
Mrs. Lilo Foster, our choreographer, is still remembered for her counting “1,2,3 1,2,3” as the dancers learned the waltz. She spent many evenings rehearsing, teaching us the sometimes difficult steps. She well deserved the applause she received on the second night of our performances.
Many other teachers deserve credit. They worked on publicity, make-up, props, programs, tickets, refreshments, and the building of the set. Sometimes these small things may be overlooked, but each was vital to the success of the musical. I extend my thanks to each of these teachers.
