The Rappahannock Pointto-Point races, postponed due to bad weather, are now set for Saturday, May 19. Race day will find the fields and wooded hills of Rappahannock County, including I.W. Fletcher’s picturesque Thornton Hill Farm, scene of the Rappahannock Point-toPoint race course, in their most beautiful spring colors. Beginning at 11:00 a.m., the races will be held on Route 522, two miles south of Sperryville.
