Winners
Jennette Beebe and Judith Lynn Bloomer have each been awarded a trip to the 4H Club Congress, at VPI & SU in Blacksburg. This is a state-wide week of camping. They received the award after competing in the 4-H Northern District Demonstration Contests held recently in Front Royal. Jennette participated in the Share-The-Fun Talent Contest with an instrumental and vocal rendition of "Back Home Again.” Judith’s demonstration in the Home Management Senior Division netted her the award. DeeDee Grant was emcee for the District Share-the-Fun contest.
Nancy Proctor performed in the junior Share-the-Fun contest while Raynetta Ghenn and Kelly Bristol presented demonstrations in food. Aaron Schumaker gave a demonstration in the horse division and Terri Thomas modeled her garment in the junior fashion revue.
