Free eye and ear examinations will be given by the Rappahannock Lions Club when the Lions of Virginia mobile vision and hearing screening van visits here beginning April 28th.
Chairman Ian Pryde announced that the testing program will begin at Rappahannock County Elementary School Monday and Tuesday, April 2S and 29, and will continue at the local high school Wednesday, April 30.
Permission slips are being distributed at both schools. Pryde emphasized that a student must return the slip signed by a parent or guardian before the vision and hearing tests can be given.
