Plans are underway for the Rappahannock Recreation Association’s second annual tennis tournament for county residents.
May 10 has been set as the tentative date for play to begin in men and women’s doubles, mixed doubles, men and women’s singles and junior matches. Entry fee will be S2 for each category.

Guest Lecturer
Cheri Woodard of Sperryville, who is the proprietor of Faith MountaiA Herbs and Antiques, was guest lecturer for a special presentation of herbs at Sully Plantation at Chantilly on Sunday, April 20.
She spoke on the planting, care and use of herbs and had seeds, plants and books available for purchase.
Sully, a facility of the Fairfax County Park Authority which was built in 1794 by Richard Bland Lee, is a Virginia Historic Landmark and is on the National Register of Historic Places.
