In addition to nis parents, he is survived by three brothers, William M. Fletcher, Nathan Edward Fletcher and Milton D. Fletcher, all of Washington; two sons, Anthony B. Fletcher of Front Royal and Carl Grigsby of Washington.
Pallbearers were Bryan Fletcher, McKinley Dennis, Rosco Beckwith, Cleveland Dennis, Thomas Iordan and Benny Roy.
Meade
A graveside service for James Wallace Meade, Sr., 81, will be held at 11:00 Thursday (today). The Reverend Neil Ellis will officiate. Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
Mr. Meade died Monday, July 27, 1981 at Heritage Hall Health Care, Leesburg. He was a retired school bus driver and a member of Jeffersonton Methodist Church. A native of Culpeper County, his parents were the late James and Annie Payne Meade.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Ruth Leake Meade of Jeffersonton, two daughters, Mrs. Ann Thacker of Stockton, California, Mrs. Betty M. Davis of Aroda; two sons, James Wallace Meade, Jr. of Culpeper, James William Meade of Jacksonville, Florida, seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
