On the revenue side of the ledger, Rappahannock raised 46 percent of its funds from local sources in 1979-80. Fauquier and Culpeper were run on a larger percentage of total revenue from local sources, 58 and 51 percent, respectively, while Madison and Orange were operated using smaller percentages of local money, 45 and 42 percent, respectively.
