In 1981, Rappahannock zoning administrator's office authorized two housing units in April, nine in May and four in June for a total of IS. Exactly the same number of units was approved in the same three months of 1980.
Overall in the planning district, 208 housing units were authorized in five counties during the second quarter of 1981, 46 fewer than the 254 units okayed during the first three months of 1980. The decrease represents a 35 percent drop from the same period in 1979 when 321 units were approved.
