VIRGINIA: IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY IN RE: APPLICATION FOR PURCHASE OF A TRACT OF LAND IN STONEWALL MAGISTERIAL DISTRICT, RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY, VIRGINIA, CONTAINING 5 ACRES, 2 ROODS, AND 8 POLES ASSESSED IN THE NAME OF GEORGE WILLIAMSON; TO: GEORGE WILLIAMSON, son of William Williamson, if he be living or if he be dead, then his heirs, assigns, and successors-in-interest, all of whom are designated as "parties unknown."
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a tract of land containing approximately 5.50 acres in Stonewall Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, was sold on March 16, 1946, March 19, 1949, March 24, 1950, March 31, 1951, March 29, 1952, March 28, 1953, April 3, 1954, March 26, 1955, March 31, 1957, March 29,1958 and March 28, 1959, for delinquent taxes, levies, interest and costs for the tax years 1943, 1946, 1947, 1948, 1949, 1950, 1951, 1952, 1953. 1954, 1955 and 1956, respec lively, to the Commonwealth of Virginia. Application for the purchase thereof has been filed in this office, and it appearing from the records in this office that you are interested in said land, you are further notified to appear in four months from the date of this notice and do what may be necessary to protect your interests.
