Members of the Rappahannock County Garden Club and their guests met at the Quality Inn in Front Royal' Wednesday, December lb, for their Christmas luncheon. Hostesses were Mrs. Frank Helbig. Mrs. J. H. Waddell, and Mrs. Virgil Jewell.
Members brought gifts which were judged for artistic wrappings. These gifts were sent to be distributed at the Christmas dinner for the county’s senior citizens held at Trinity Church in Washington on Monday evening.
During the luncheon. Mrs. Florence Williamson, one of the club’s most active and dedicated members, was honored with a birthday cake.
