Appearing before the board was Michael Connifey. reading lab teacher at Rappahannock Elementary School. Connifey had been conducting touch football games for 6th and 7th graders after school. “I assumed that I would be covered for anv injuries under my insurance," Connifey told the board. “Then I found out that it had to be an approved activity.
