Zoning administrator Konick, ordinarily the commission's legal advisor, noted that he had a conflict since he has represented Clarke Jones. Accordingly, the commissioners agreed to consult with Baumgardner.
In other action, the commissioners set a public hearing for January on the 3,831 acre East Wakefield Agricultural and Forestral District application. The special ag district advisory committe has recommended approval of the district. Miller noted.
