(f) All berms and barriers exceeeding five feet in height will be suitably landscaped so that they are not visible or do not detract from and are in keeping with the existing character of the surrounding area. (g) Prior to issuance of an occupancy permit or final inspection, the zoning administrator shall hire a qualified person(s) or ftrm(s) to conduct safety testing and sound testing to assure that the requirement of subsections (a) and (d) are met at the expense and with the consent f the applicant. The amendment also requires a statement from the owner or operator of any range agreeing to opreate the facility in accordance with regulations and permit conditions. It requires installation of security fencing "so that illegal use or trespassing is very difficult" and approval ot a development plan bv the planning commission.
