Harold Glascock
Former State Trooper
Harold Washington Glascock, 69, of Culpeper died Thursday, December 16, 1982, at his residence.
Mr. Glascock was a retired state fire marshal investigator and also a former Virginia State Trooper. A native of Albemarle County, he was the son of the late Dr. Samuel W. and Arie Gunn Pattello Glascock. He was a veteran of World War II, serving in the Navy and a member of Fairfax Masonic Lodge No. 43.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Frances Weaver Glascock; two daughters, Mrs. Sally G. Lamb of Gordonsville and Mrs. Melanie G. Brandon of Richmond and one grandchild.
Graveside services were held Saturday at Culpeper Masonic Cemetery by the Rev. Floyd Binns.
Gore Funeral Home in Culpeper was in charge of arrangements.
