Joyce Chapin

Joyce Carter Chapin, 49, of Front Royal, died Tuesday, June 19 at Warren Memorial Hospital.
Mrs. Chapin was bom May 1, 1935, at Ridley Park, Pa., daughter of the late William B. and Beatrice Booz Carter. She was a member of Front Royal Presbyterian Church and vice president of the Ladies Auxiliary of Rivermont Volunteer Fire Department. She was a former Rappahannock County resident.
Surviving are her husband, Dwight N. Chapin; a son, Joel Carter Moyer at home and a daughter, Pamela L. Moyer of Arlington.
Funeral services were conducted on Friday at Front Royal Presbyterian Church by Dr. H. Howard Smith and the Rev. James L. Mosely. Burial was in Fairview Cemetery in Culpeper.
Tumer-Robertshaw Funeral Home in Front Royal was in charge of the arrangements.
