The commissioners suggested Morgan go back to the adjacent landowner to try to work out a boundaryline change. This also became the recommendation the Planning Commission forwarded to the BZA.

• Approved a revised plat submitted by James Foster of Flint Hill upon proof of proper slope on three tracts.

• Extended a variance to rebuild a home in Sperryville destroyed by fire in 1975. The structure is now about 75 percent complete.

• Passed on to the BZA with no recommendation an application to convert an existing farm structure into a single-family dwelling.

• Discussed initial plans versus revised plans for a group home proposed for Harris Hollow. With no revised plans upon which to act, the commission could only discuss the proposed project.
