Konick and Artey Estes, Trustees recorded January 9. 1979 among the land records in the Clerk s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia in Daad Book 130 at page 406. detauH having been made in the payment of the obligation secured thereby by the makers and endorsers of the note therein described, the undersigned Trustees, having been requested and directed so to do by the holder of the oMgalon secured by the foregoing Deed of Trust, wiH oflar fbr sale at public auction on the front steps of the Courthouse of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County. Virginia at 10:00 a.m. on the 13th day of July, 1964, all that tract or parcel of land, together with all buildings and improvements thereon and privileges and appurtenances therewith connected, located, lying and being in Stonewall Magisterial District.
