Nobody likes homework. But, like everything else, there are times when it has to be done.
Rappahannock citizens who turned out last Thursday at the elementary school for a public hearing on a home for adults had done a lot of homework. And, like good students, they came well-prepared for class.
Some came well-rehearsed, too, and flowed through rebuttals like great debaters. Patrick Henry would have been proud—or would he?
