Rappahannock’s, Planning Commission found itproposed
zoning ordinances tions to pass on to the Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA).
The tussle between ordinances began early-on in the meeting, when Zoning Administrator David Konick resubmitted to the commit^ sion an application for a used car lot and an office building on Route 211 in AmusviUe.
The commission had on May 16 forwarded the application to the BZA without making a recommendation. The BZA bounced it baok, and Konick presented two questions to which the BZA requested response:
• What are the proposed future boundaries for Amiseville?
• Specifically, what is the recommendation of the Planning Commission on this application?
The commissioners spread a map across the table, and began to take a closer look.
