The Board of Supervisors of Rappahannock County will hold a puttie hearing on July 2. 1964 at 10:00 A.M. at the Courthauae in Washington, Rappahannock County. Virginia as to whether the County of Rappahannock should sell, by public or privae sale, “Lot X” consisting of 0.33 acres situate on Route 669, Jackson Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia lor a sum not less than $1,000.00 Conditions of any sale would be 1) property would be subject to 25 nght of way to the Commonwealth of Virginia for roadway purposes for Route 669; 2) conveyance would be by special warranty deed; 3) Lot X would merge with the adjoining property of ‘he Purchaser and would not constitute a separate building lot
