Congratulations, Rappahannock! Alert citizens, responsible elected officials and our democratic process have again combined to prevent a disaster.
As far as I know, the initial investors in the Harris Hollow ski area lost money, subsequent investors lost money and the present owners would lose money unless some profit-making venture bailed them out.
