this issue, and talked with virtually anybody and everybody that I could reach, or volunteered information.

Included in this, just to state the extent of my research, I have spoken with Mr. Richard Dekay, State Division of Mineral Resources in Charlottesville, who sited and did geologic research for the Washington town well located in Harris Hollow, and to Jeffrey Sitler, who is the consulting geologist for the Rappahannock Group Home Venture.

I have also sent several telexes to West Germany and Bavaria to check out the Baron. I have spent time with Sam Snead, the Baron Heinrich Von Feilitzsch and his wife, at the proposed site in Harris Hollow. I have spoken with and met with a great number of the residents of Harris Hollow, and adjoining areas, as well as the rest of the county. I have also spoken with many people, both local and distant, to try to better inform myself about the issues at hand.
