Konick requested that the supervisors adjust the salary of the toning administrator, now at $6,100, commensurate with the earnings of the county building inspector, a $7,000-per-year job budgeted for the first time in ’84-’86.
Previously, building inspections were made on a contract basis by Fauquier County inspectors. This no longer will be true as of June 30. Fauquier County decided in May not to renew its contract.
