Authority To Change Meetings

Rappahannock’s Water and Sewer Authority will change its meeting schedule to the first Thursday of the month, beginning September 6, Authority Chairman Robert Dennis announced August 20. Previously, Authority meetings were held the third Monday of the month.

The change will enable the Authority to pay bills quicker by clearing them with county supervisors at the supervisors’ regular meeting the first Monday each month.

Water and Sewer Authority meetings will begin at 7:30 p.m., starting in September.
