“All indebtedness incurred by the Rappahannock County Water and Sewer Authority is payable solely from the revenues of the Authority,” Bonnie France, bond counsel, wrote.
“Any bonds or notes issued by the Authority must contain a statement...that the bonds or notes are not general obligations of Rappahannock County and that the full faith and credit of the county is not pledged to payment of principal or interest on the bonds or notes.”
Meeting Days Change
Authority members motioned to change the day of its regular meetings to the first Thursday of each month, beginning in September, to better coincide with Board of Supervisor meetings, held the first Monday of the month.
Authority meetings will start at 7:30 p.m.
