To the editor:
I was one of the residents of Rappahannock County in the audience at the Public Hearing of the Rappahannock County Planning Commission on Wednesday, August 15.
I cannot understand why only 20 copies of an ordinance as important as this were made available to the public. The livelihood of more than 20 people are at stake.
Why was Richard McNear, director of planning and zoning in Fauquier County, hired to write the ordinance at a cost to the County of approximately $6,000 when we have a Planning Commission which I strongly believe should
