summer is almost over (that s hard to believe!) and it’s that time again - BACK TO SCHOOL for all our children. Yeah! The following students gave some of their reasons or feelings for the new school year:
Christine Lilian], junior at RCHS is looking forward to seeing all her friends but not the school work!
Pamela Tribino, sophomore at George Mason University in Fairfax County, expects to enjoy her campus apartment with last years great roommates and her only elective class, dance. She dreads the 7:30 a.m. Science Lab every Wednesday.
Richard Tribino, sophomore at RCHS is anticipating an “awesome basketball season” and beginning soccer season. Getting up in the morning will be the worst part.
Tom Schoppet, 7th grader at RCES is looking forward to socializing with his friends at school but disfavors large amounts of homework.
Kim Helmer, junior at RCHS will be happy to see all her good friends and dreads the homework too.
Wendy Helmer, sophomore at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, is excited to go back to Richmond to see her friends and to study psychology. She has no qualms with school there. There's always plenty of things to do!
