• August 20 - September 20: Prepare documents.
• September 10: Deliver easements to Doug Baumgardner, attorney for the project; confirm highway permit.
• September 20: Bid advertisement.
• November 1: Bid acceptance.
• January 31, 1985: Award two contracts.
