“The important thing for you to do when you make changes like that is to send me a copy of it,” Gerhart said. When asked about the other easement agreements, Johnson said that he did not anticipate that any will not be signed and brought in.
“Well, I think that we ought to really push, and I think it’s up to you guys (Johnson and Doug Baumgardner, WSA attorney) to do it, to wrap this thing up,” said Robert Dennis, chairman of the WSA.
“The problem hasn’t been because the people wouldn’t sign, I just haven’t been able to get them together where the husband and wife have to both sign and it has to be notorized," Johnson said. He said that any of the other problems should be solved by the clause or by the landowners meeting with Gerhart who can explain about the placement of the lines.
