COUNTY ORDINANCE IMPOSING

A MORATORIUM ON THE APPLICATION OF CERTAIN

SLUDGE ImATERIAL IN RAPPAHANNOCK COUNTY, VIRGINIA

At 10:00 A.M. on April 1,1985, in the Courthouse building, Washington, Virginia, the Board of Supervisors for Rappahannock County, Virginia shall propose for passage, and hold a public hearing with respect to, an ordinance imposing a moratorium on the application and storage of certain sludge material in Rappahannock County.

The complete text of the revised Ordinance is available for public inspection at the Circuit Court Clerk's Office of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Washington, Virginia, Monday thru Friday between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:30 P.M., and a copy is posted on the bulletin board inside the Rappahannock County Courthouse.

All citizens are invited to attend and present their views.

This notice is being published in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper of general circulation in the County of Rappahannock, Virginia, for two successive weeks as required by the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended.
