Correction
Last week’s paper incorrectly reported the winner of the PointTo-Point hound race to be Captain, owned by Larry Coppedge of Brightwood. The winner was actually Joker, owned by Jack Bruce of Sperry ville.
Bruce retired the bowl after three consecutive wins in the hound race. He now has retired the bowl twice.
