Joseph Wenk pled guilty to two counts of trespass and two counts of petty larceny and was sentenced according to a plea agreement. Wenk was sentenced to 12 months in jail for each offense to run consecutively. Six months of the sentence was suspended, 30 days will actually be served, and Wenk will spend the remaining five months of the sentence under unsupervised probation. The conditions of the agreement are that he pay his court costs within four months, he perform 40 hours of community service and that he commit no further crimes
George Lee was involved in the same offenses with Wenk, and Lee also pled guilty to the charges. Lee received the same sentence as Wenk except that he will serve the 30 days in Fairfax, and he is to pay his court costs within 10 days.
