Hanging baskets require faithful care. The soU and moss liner should never be allowed to dry out. Local conditions will determine the frequency for watering. Apply water liberally. The moss provides adequate drainage and prevents the soil from becoming over-saturated. This does tend to leach the nutrients from the soil. A regular program of fertilization with a water soluble or liquid fertilizer applied every two weeks is suggested.
