Pursuant to Section 15 1-431 of the Code of Virginia, 1950, as amended, the Joint Planning Commission for the Town of Washington, Virginia and the County of Rappahannock, Virginia, hereby gives no- , tice that it will, on Wednesday, March 20, 1985, at the Rapahannock County Courthouse, Washington, Virginia, at 7:30 p.m consider the following described amendments to the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Washington, Virginia:
1 An ordinance creating a Planning
Commission for the Town of
Washinton.
2 An ordinance creating a
Board of Zoning Appeals for the
Town of Washington
3. An ordinance providing that
no lot shall be improved by more
than one dwelling unit or building
