However, I do not believe in creation because of scientific evidence. I believe in it by faith, because the Bible teaches it. If anyone considers this to be unintellectual, so be it. I take my stand with the Holy Spirit who caused the writer of the epistle to the Hebrews to pen these words, “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. . . Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.” (Hebrews 11:1,3)
May God give us the grace to evaluate things we see around us based on his Word, and not the other way around.
