ORDER OF PUBLICATION
The obiect of this suit is to quiet title and/or establish title by adverse possession as to a tract of land ot which James P Williams died seized and possessed, located in Jackson Magisterial District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, said land being described by deed recorded In Deed Book W, at Page 278, amongst the land records of the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, as is more fully recited in the Bill of Complaint filed herein.
An affidavit having been made and filed and the Bill of Compla t having stated that the address J James P. Williams, if he be living, is unknown, and that there are or may be persons interested in the sub|ect matter of this suit whose names and/or addresses are unknown, which Bill of Complaint has made said parties defendant by the general description, PARTIES UNKNOWN, it is therefore
ADJUDGED, ORDERED and DECREED that all possible PARTIES UNKNOWN having an interest in all of that certain tract or parcel of land of which James P. Williams died seized and possessed are made parties defendant and said persons are made parties defendant by a general description of "UNKNOWN PARTIES" as the unknown heirs of James P. Williams; and
It is further ADJUDGED, ORDERED and DECREED that James P Williams, if he be living, and any of said unknown heirs, devisees, or successsors in title, if any such there be, and/or any unknown parties having an interest in the lands of which James P Williams died seized and possessed, whose names and addresses are unknown Continued
