Add a new regulation (section), numbered R14-1 2 (S 2), to read as follows: R14-1 2 (S 2) Open season-Fort Pickett. It shall be lawful to hunt quail from the second Monday in November through January 31 on Fort Pickett.

Amend R14-3 (S 4) to read as follows:

R14-3. (S 4.) Bag limit. The bag limit for quail shall be eight a day and 125 a license year; provided, that the bag limit for quail shall be two per day on the Elm Hill Wildlife Management Area.

Chasing. Amend R16-2 (S 11) to read as follows.

R16-2 (S 1.1.) Open season-Counties east of Blue Ridge Mountains; possession of certain devices unlawful

Except as otherwise specifically provided in the sections appearing in this regulation, it shall be lawful to chase raccoon with dogs, without capturing or taking, in all counties east of the Blue Ridge Mountains (except on the George Washington and Jefferson National Forests) from August 1 through May 31, both dates inclusive It shall be unlawful
