school s new north field. Students travel to Renaissance
Festival
Several students from Wakefield traveled to the Maryland Renaissance Festival last weekend for a day of merry-making combined with lessons in British history.
The Wakefield turnout was even larger than last year’s with several faculty members and students arriving in costume while other members of the group were decorated by the face painter once they arrived at the festival.
The muddy conditions left in the wake of Hurricane Gloria were perfect for the mud wrestlers! One wTestler was paid to grovel at the feet of faculty member Lee Buratti
