The Salahis encourage visitors to spend a day at the winery.
“We don’t want them to come, taste, buy and go,” Dirgham said. “We take them on tours, encourage them to use the picnic area outside and try to create an atmosphere for them to enjoy.”
The vineyard is open daily from 10 a.m. to 4 pjn., and visitors are welcome. The banquet and tasting rooms are available, free of charge.
