The students learned about traditional English food and wares. They sampled the roasted turkey legs, Canterbury pork pockets, ale and mead and had an opportunity to visit the leather stalls, herbalists and armorers.

Entertainment was provided by gypsy dancers, fortune tellers, jousters and healers.

The students attending agreed that the day was both entertaining and educational providing students with new insight into the British way of life.
