The Rappahannock County School Board will continue to pay school bus drivers John Walker Jenkins and Alice Jenkins their regular salaries until a court decision is reached concerning their arrest on an abduction charge.
A preliminary hearing regarding the case, which was scheduled for January 28 in Rappahannock General District Court, has been postponed until February 25. The change was requested by the defendants.
