Story hours for pre-schoolers are being brought back by popular demand beginning Wednesday, February 5, at 10 a.m.. The story hours will continue through February 26. Please sign up at the library or telephone 675-3780.
Mothers are welcome and may use the hour to select their own books for reading at home. The library also has newspapers and a large number of magazines which may be read at the library — these range alphabetically from Better Homes and Gardens to the Yale Review.
Featured in the library this week are three good books you’ll want to read — whether or not you have seen the movies. They are Zarba the Greek by Nikos Kazantzakis, The Color Purple by Alice Walker, and I sak Dinesen’s Out of Africa.
