Mr. and Mrs. William E. Foster announce the birth of their grandson, Christopher Lee Foster, born January 21, 1986, at 5 p.m. Christopher weighed six pounds and five ounces.
He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Richard L. Foster of Orlando, Fla.
