Brogan, Sr., C.L.S., dated February 21, 1973. Said parcel adjoins the Covington River, Route 211 and lands now or formerly Noce. Being the same land conveyed to John Walker Jenkins by deed of Daniel Noce dated May 3, 1973 and recorded in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County in Deed Book 107 at page 478.
