1 cup sunflower seeds or broken pecans
2 T. sesame seeds
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup raisins, optional
In 3-quart microwave bowl or casserole, place butter. Microwave at high (100-percent power) 30 seconds, until melted.
Add honey, oats, coconut, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, cinnamon and salt. Stir well.
Spread mixture in even layer in 13x9x2-inch microwave dish. Microwave at high 6 to 10 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes until light, golden brown.
Remove from microwave and stir raisins into hot mixture, if desired. Spread granola on baking sheet or long strip of foil to cool (it will become crisp as it cools). Serve immediately or store in tightly closed plastic bag or storage container with tight-fittingiid.Makes
